Manager and business advisor with over 20 years of professional experience in strategic and operational management. Prior to joining ORLEN Południe S.A., he served on the management boards of capital companies providing services in the areas of marketing, communication, and business development.

He has delivered numerous projects for companies and organizations, including those operating in the following sectors: energy, infrastructure, automotive, FMCG, real estate, business services, e-commerce, public administration, media, legal services, and M&A.

His competencies include, among others, the creation and implementation of business, marketing, Public Relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. He has conducted public consultations and promoted the circular economy, including Waste-to-Energy solutions.

He has supervisory experience in capital companies operating in the energy sector, wholesale and retail trade markets, property management, and real estate investment.

Since 2021, he has served as a Councillor of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Kraków—an economic organization bringing together over 140 companies. In 2025, he was elected Vice President of the Chamber.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, with a degree in “Quality Management Systems – Education of Quality Managers.” He also completed the managerial program “A One-Year Management Development Program MANAGEMENT™” at ICAN Institute & Harvard Business Publishing, as well as postgraduate studies at the Polish-American School of Business, Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Cracow University of Technology.
