Manager with nearly 30 years of professional experience in the energy sector. He has expertise in developing and implementing growth strategies, managing investment and production projects, as well as executing and supervising R&D projects.
He has held senior management positions as a director, management board member, and CEO.
From 2009 to 2019, as Vice President of the Management Board of ZRE Katowice S.A., he was responsible for the company’s strategy and development. In the years 2019–2020, he served as President of the Management Board of Rockfin Service Sp. z o.o.
Between 2020 and 2022, he was involved as a technical and business advisor in, among others, projects related to the production, storage, and use of green hydrogen.
From 2022 to 2024, he held the position of Director of Quality and Development at the Sumitomo Heavy Industries Group.
From December 2024, as Investment Director at ORLEN POŁUDNIE S.A., he was responsible, among other things, for projects involving the construction of second-generation bioethanol production facilities and a rapeseed oil pressing plant in Kętrzyn.
On 1 February 2026, he assumed the position of President of the Management Board of ORLEN Południe S.A.
He is a graduate of Materials Engineering and Metallurgy at the Silesian University of Technology, completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Welding, and holds an Executive MBA confirmed by a certificate from Central Connecticut State University.
