At the meeting held on November 9th, 2015, the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Południe accepted the resignation of Mr Krzysztof Zdziarski as President of the Management Board and appointed Mr Konrad Antoni Tajduś to this position.
Mr Konrad Tajduś has been associated with the ORLEN Capital Group since 2011. His first post was as Process Improvement Director in Unipetrol RPA, then as Management Board Member and Director in charge of General Affairs in Ceska Rafinerska. Since January 2014, he has been holding the position of President of the Management Board of ORLEN Eko.
Mr Krzysztof Zdziarski will remain on the post of Executive Director responsible for Refinery Production at PKN ORLEN.
Since November 10th, 2015, the Management Board of ORLEN Południe has been operating in the following composition:
- Konrad Tajduś – President of the Management Board,
- Grzegorz Salamon – Management Board Member,
- Paweł Stawarz – Management Board Member,
- Krzysztof Topolski – Management Board Member
