At the meeting held on June 27th, 2016, the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Południe dismissed Mr. Konrad Tajduś of the President of the Management Board and Krzysztof Topolski from the Management Board. At the same time, the Supervisory Board with effect from June 28th, 2016 appointed Mr. Jerzy Brniak to the President of the Management Board and Mr. Gregory Juszczyk to the position Management Board Member.

Since June 28th, 2016, the Management Board of ORLEN Południe has been operating in the following composition:
• Jerzy Brniak – President of the Management Board,
• Grzegorz Juszczyk  – Management Board Member,
• Grzegorz Salamon – Management Board Member,
• Paweł Stawarz – Management Board Member.
