​On a session of 15 December 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Trzebinia Refinery appointed Mr. Krzysztof Topolski as the President of the Management Board of ORLEN Południe.

Since 18 November 2014, Mr. Krzysztof Topolski has been acting as a Management Board Member of the Jedlicze Petroleum Refinery, and since 2012 – the President of the Management Board of one of the Companies from the RNJ Group: Consortium of Processed Oils – Organization of Packaging and Oil Recycling, which he will share with the position of the ORLEN Południe Management Board Member.

The Management Board of ORLEN Południe includes the following members:

• Grzegorz Salamon – Management Board Member,
• Paweł Stawarz  – Management Board Member
