At the meeting held on December 16th, 2015, the Supervisory Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. dismissed Mr Jacek Krawiec as President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. and appointed Mr Wojciech Jasiński as President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A.
Mr Wojciech Jasiński graduated from the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Law and Administration (in 1972). He has vast experience in holding managerial positions in the public administration and in commercial entities. Between 1997 and 2000 he was a Member of the Management Board and then CEO of Srebrna. Since 2001, he was an MP in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. In years 2006-2007, he served as Minister of Treasury.
